Sometimes I look at the recipe line up for the week and feel like I’ve been holding out on you. I promise that all of the recipes I suggest are ones I make again and again, but this week’s four recipes I really make all the time. Chances are that if you’ve eaten at my house, you’ve probably had one of these (and if you haven’t, come over!). They also all happen to make great leftovers or lunches.
Sheet Pan: All the Crispy Edges Lasagne
This one is the newest of the bunch, but oh man is it a winner. As I say in the recipe notes, it takes all the best parts of lasagne (the crispy edges and burnished cheese) and dials them up. I’m never going back.
