Hi! I’m so happy to be here.
In my best life, I sit down on Sunday, make a dinner plan for the week, go to the grocery store one time(!), and never have to have the soul crushing conversation with my husband, “What do you want for dinner?” “I don’t know, what do you want?” In reality, this rarely happens, or it’ll last for maybe a few weeks, and then I run out of steam.
After a long while of food coaching, I’ve learned that lots of people like to cook. Some even love it. No one likes to think about what to make for dinner. I think that’s especially true for people who are busy (everyone), or are juggling jobs and kids, or partners with dietary restraints, or medical conditions. This won’t be everything for everyone, but for many of you, hopefully it will relieve the mental load of dinner.
On Thursdays I’ll publish a meal plan that includes four dinners that I know are great, and an organized shopping list.
The four dinners will most often include one sheetpan meal, one make ahead meal, one chicken dish, and one wildcard or fish dish. You can take a look at the line up and your calendar and decide which will work best for which night.
Some of the recipes will be ones I’ve developed, many will be recipes I love from other people’s blogs and cookbooks with my tips and tricks for how to make them faster, easier, require fewer dishes, etc. All of them are recipes that I’ve cooked over and over again, that I crave, that my kids love (that makes this better than AI, right?). Sound good? Great. Make dinner, I’ll do the thinking.
If you or the people you’re cooking for have more specific needs, reach out to me directly. I can do this just for you.
Who am I? I’m a Chef (I’ve been cooking professionally for over a decade), a Cookbook Author, and a Food Coach. I work with people one-on-one to help them eat how they want to eat, whether they’re just feeling a little stuck, going through a life change (hello pregnancy, menopause), or a shift in their diet for medical reasons. I also teach cooking classes in person and online.
